Chapter 2008: Surtr Against Ignisefer!

As they Nadia and Mina fell to the ground, Surtr, who was overseeing everything while using his magic to control the entire battlefield, quickly glanced at his wives, and at the thing getting closer.

"What?! Mina! Nadia!"

Surtr didn't hesitate, rushing towards them and spreading his powerful Aura, shaped as thousands of other dragons as they wrapped around them.

"Surtr! T-That Aura...! It's immensely strong!" Nadia said.

"It somehow forced us to kneel?!" Mina muttered, confused.

"That thing...! Just what the hell is that thing?!" Nadia asked. "It's immense!"

"It's bigger than all of us...!" Mina added.

"Dammit, one thing after another! When will this ever end?!" Surtr clicked his tongue, furious as he faced the monstrous primordial beast. "Who the hell are you?"

Ignisefer smirked, glaring at him while flames came out of his nose and jaws. It seemed that although he couldn't understand words, he knew that Surtr was pissed off his "mates" had been forced to kneel before him.

And in response to Surtr's words?

"GRUOOOORRRRRHHH!"

The Primordial Beast wasted no time, gathering flames within his throat and unleashing a massive breath attack, so powerful and immense it distorted space as it rushed towards Surtr.

"Are you kidding me...?!"

Flames and primordial energy engulfed Surtr and his wives completely, as Jamar, Leona, and Logi quickly noticed what was happening, they were the closest to Surtr, while Benladann's team was much farther away to the east.

"W-What is that thing?!" Jamar gasped in disbelief, standing above an enormous blazing mushroom he had summoned using his techniques, magic, and spore skills. "It's bigger than a mountain!"

"T-That's...!" Leona muttered, looking shocked as she was surrounded by dozens of giant Divine Blazing Lion Spirits that were fighting at her side. "I have no idea..."

Surtr leaped into the skies, using his massive blazing wings, and his intimidating, gigantic body, as he reached the titanic monster and activated more and more skills in unison, using his new Ascendancy Law Abilities as well.

A giant sword made of his own Primordial Flames, the Souls of his Family, and his scales, flesh, bones, blood, fangs, claws, and Divine Power manifested, shining brightly with gold, red, and black colors.

As he reached the mountain-sized beast at his largest form, reaching over five hundred meters of height, the monster, still over thrice his size, smirked, lifting its foot and rushing it down to crush him with it.

"Trying to crush me with your foot? I'll slice it."

Surtr's eyes shone brightly, as his Aura exploded into pure energy, surpassing all his limits, and even reaching his {Ultimate Form} immediately, gaining a larger body, more muscles, and a more majestic golden appearance.

"{Heavenly Fire Dragon Soul Legion Blade Arts}: {Thousand-Fold Inferno}!"

He swung the sword upwards, as a gigantic slicing attack reached Ignisefer's foot, a single slash suddenly became a thousand slashes, as the draconic souls within each attack boosted their power to its limits.

An accumulation of thousands of slashes engulfed the titan's foot, until the energy, all of it, accumulated into a massive explosion.

The giant seemed to be in slight pain, or perhaps annoyance.

Surtr felt like he had done something great, but...
